2. The customer has the option to use their own vehicle, or one can be provided for him/her. If the customer chooses to use their own vehicle they are responsible to have someone receive it at their drop-off location.

4. Service is only available in Miami Dade or Broward County.
5. Must be booked 12 hours prior to customer's desired pickup time.
